The LightAktiv® Lightweight Systems combine the benefits of conventional panel solutions with significantly reduced weight, offering a low-weight construction with high stability and load-bearing capacity. Our lightweight panels are particularly suited to applications where weight is an important consideration, including vehicle construction, mobile installations and trade fair stands, as well as retail, office and residential interiors.

Thanks to innovative construction principles such as honeycomb structures and composite materials, our lightweight panels provide high stability and load-bearing capacity. Their low weight also makes transport, handling and installation easier and can help streamline processing.

Our lightweight panels offer a wide range of surface finishes and design options and can be combined with decors in a coordinated decor range. This opens up a wide variety of possibilities for individual solutions and sophisticated interior concepts.

In the field of interior fitting, the intelligent and flexible LightAktiv construction panels with frames can be filled with various materials (aluminium, plastics and paper honey-comb). They are also available in flame resistant (low flammable)

  • Varnished thin boards and chip boards
  • Laminates
  • Raw / MDF
  • It can be combined with ElementAktiv© / DekorA[k]tiv® in our extensive range of colour matches
  • Edges glueing: PUR hot melt or  MEV 0-Fuge ( joint-less look technology) 

Final thicknesses (in stock):

  • Final thicknesses in mm: 16, 19, 25, 28, 30, 32, 38, 40, 46, 50, 76.
  • Individual final thicknesses can always be supplied
